  What is your fee for online reservations?

For our Silver and Gold plans, you can add our online reservation module with unlimited reservations for a low monthly fee. Our Platinum plan includes online reservations at no cost.

 What is the cost to use your reservation and property management system?

We offer 3 competitively priced plans so that you can choose the plan that fits your company's needs and so you don't have to pay for options you won't use. Please visit our Pricing page for more information on pricing and the features included with each plan.

 What are some of the ways that Cobalt Silver can save/make us money?

When it comes to saving money, the biggest savings will be in the cost of personnel and their time. With the automated reports and features in Cobalt Silver, the time savings alone will be substantial.

When it comes to making money, the ability to have online reservations, automated email campaigns, and on-demand marketing reports will provide you with extensive money making opportunities.  Do you offer online reservations with "live availability"?

Yes, our online reservations forms will only display live availability. You can also setup parameters on what you would like displayed online (based upon minimum lengths of stay, individual campsites/boat models, etc.).

 What are some of the core features that your system offers?

The list is quite extensive, but some of the important ones are: PCI compliance, multi-property functionality, central reservations functionality, daily/monthly accounting reports (that can be exported and then imported into your accounting software of choice), marketing reports, industry leading programming (including cancellation policies, online reservation notifications, automatic email reminders, etc.).

 How long does it take to get setup with your system?

We can have Cobalt Silver up and running with your operation in as little as 2 weeks.

 Do you offer support?

Yes, 365 day support is included in the licensing of Cobalt Silver. Our system has a built-in Support Ticket feature that allows you to submit and keep track of any support requests that you may have (we're also available by phone, of course).

 When there's a software upgrade will I have to pay for it?

No, we include version upgrades at no additional cost to you. We are also constantly adding features to Cobalt Silver which are done at no additional cost.

 What do I need to get started? Do I have to buy new equipment?

Cobalt Silver is a web-based reservation system and as such you won't need to buy any expensive hardware. As long as you have a computer and a high-speed internet connection (DSL or cable) you can use Cobalt Silver.

 What kind of support do you offer?

Silver/Gold Plan Support

Standard support is offered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm Arizona MST. Emergency support is provided outside those hours for instances of immediate client needs, such as:

  • Administrator user unable to login (forgot password, password expired, etc.),
  • System down or non-responsive for any reason,
  • Credit card processing issues,
  • Other time-sensitive support needs.
Support is offered via our system's built-in Support module and by phone.

Support Includes:
  • Advice on best practices with Cobalt Silver's features.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Guidance on how to use features and/or reports.
Support Does Not Include:
  • Setting up new pricing and/or discounts for our clients' rentals.
  • Changing inventory and availability of rental options.
  • Modification of client product offerings, other than to demonstrate a process so the client's users can complete the task themselves.
For our clients that do not feel comfortable setting up their future inventory and pricing, and/or making changes to their rental availability, we are happy to offer a service agreement to handle those tasks on a case-by-case basis.

Platinum Plan Support

Our Platinum clients enjoy the same great support as our Silver and Gold clients, but also have access to a dedicated account manager to address any concerns or questions that may arise.
